We stopped selling the medium because we had so many complaints about the ink running. Didn't seem to happen on the L or XL though which is strange.

They only make it for certain customers on request. We have to order it in 40ft containers directly from them in Denmark. They don't advertise that they make it, nor do they stock it for wholesale either. I believe it's only ourselves and SaveExpress in Germany who have it in Europe.

You can always ask for me - I'm Joe and I run NRU. You will usually get a girl serve you in the shop but you can ask for me as I'm a DL myself and can be a little easier to talk to if you prefer :) But all our staff are very friendly so you shouldn't have any issues at all.

@MartinPeters you can always have DPD send you order to a pickup shop instead of being delivered at home. The DPD app is great for that. But I do know the feeling, had it all the time when I lived at home. It gets easier with time though when you realise people aren't as suspicious of everything...

Hey @Inuyasha92 - I must say I'm a little surprised by this as I know Caleb personally and have heard his telephone manner and it's very good. I'll make sure the feedback gets passed onto the guys at ABU though.
