- Hi, I'm a 29 year old man with mixed Incontinence and bowel incontinence caused by back trouble. I am active and enjoy beating the challenges life throws. I wear a nappy all day every day to manage my incontinence and am 100% ok with the fact that even though I smell maybe twice a day I am still awesome :D
