Surely a "diaper changing service" is a personal care service, and that already exists. It's normally a disabled person who can't physically care for themselves who would need someone else to change a diaper for them, while someone with only incontinence who was otherwise capable of looking...

Abena Slip sucks, it is their cloth finish diaper with the stupid redesign where the wrap-arounds are tabs attached to the main body of the diaper rather than the two being the same; you get much less absorbent coverage than with the previous design or the plastic backed diaper. I'd avoid.
