I only wear underwear when I wear my Under jams because they rip on the sides. Other than that, I wear my cloth backed diapers by themselves.

Well, I usually use one because I make it a point to empty my bladder when I have a bm. I use premiums and a pullup if I fill my first diaper. I'm 24/7 now and I drink a about 1l of water during the work and about .5l the rest of the day.

I do that for work but if I've got one on right before bed, it gets a super soaking. ;)
