I have, but don't enjoy the cleanup or smell. I use wet wipes first, then take a shower. Every once in awhile I'll do it, although I love filling my diaper so full of oatmeal that when I sit leaks from the diaper. :sweatdrop:

Name one good thing about wearing a diaper. It could be anything that makes wearing worthwhile for you. As for myself, wearing encourages me to drink more water (I normally don't drink enough) so I stay hydrated and keep my diapers "hydrated" as well.:detective:

You could use a pair of rubber pants for containment purposes, they have a lot of stretch. I once filled a pair up with water and they stretched about triple their size without leaking.
