It's a waterproof duvet cover. My leaks vary from night to night and have to wash the duvet every few days, that's why I got the cover.

Well I finally got a duvet cover and I must say it makes me feel a little more comfortable knowing that if I do have a leak which happens more often than not that I want have to wash the duvet. It is a little noisy to sleep under though but I'm sure I'll get used to that.
I was told about a bed wetting diary app on google app store by my incontinence nurse. I fill it in every morning when I wake up so that we can keep a track of what's happening through night. So far I haven't been back to see her to see what she thinks might going on.

Until the age of 14 I wet the bed every night without a nappy, between the age of 14 and 38 it happened about a dozen times. At 38 it started again and I have woken up wet every morning I'm now almost 47.
I was a bed wetter until my mid teens but never wore a nappy any longer than a few weeks until I started again when I was 38 years old. I may have to start wearing though out the day as I'm starting to loose day time control as well lately.
I believe keeping the body hydrated keeps the urine from getting to concentrated which will make the color and smell a lot less. I was told to drink more wate. Sounds silly to say when you have problems urgency.
