I think 20W should be fine for 5liter tank. I used 50W, because I had it at home :) make sure you do the mathematic calculation before. You know- energy, heat transfer and so on.

I usually do most of standard things, and I don´t care whether diapered or not. But for many of it, I found being diapered makes it somehow better.

Depends on the style of diaper. For myself I prefer 2 tabs, but for my little, many times having only one wide would be much better and more "babyish".

I buy mine at pvc-u-like, regarding the quality I can freely say it is the best I had for now.
