I know a lot of people argue against adults wearing baby diapers, I know i can buy ones that fit me better. But I really like pampers, and they feel the best to me. Anyone have experience modifying them to make them fit better? I have a 34" waist.

Just a tshirt usually. gym shorts if my roomies are home. When i'm out and about I wear swim trunk shorts hybrids, in case of a leak they don't show a leak or absorb liquids.

I wouldn't do it. I know how much it itches to shave the front, I can't imagine having an itchy butt all week.
