- Dry 24/7 - but I've only ever had the samples. But, I just got a job.
- Personal Space
- Aside from perhaps Moo - who is really one of the most knowledgeable people in this area I've ever spoken with - I'm probably the biggest geek on ADISC, especially when it comes to web coding (specifically LAMP). I'm the wiki manager here, which means my job is to make sure the wiki has high-quality, organized, rich content. It actually fits in with one of my open source projects pretty well, because I maintain an open source wiki engine (not MediaWiki).
Being a programmer, my personality is very logic-oriented. I think very much in terms of what makes sense, and tend to write out my thoughts in a very verbose form. At the same time I am a *very* stubborn person, so it's probably not worth starting an argument with me. :) I try to listen to people though, and personally that's probably one of the biggest qualities I try to look for in someone. Overall my goal as a member of ADISC is to be someone that contributes thoughtful opinions and hopefully respects those of others through the forum; my goal for the wiki is to provide accurate, honest, helpful, and interesting content for both AB/DLs and those wishing to learn more about them.
Oh, and as a TB/DL: I'm mostly into diapers but also just got a footed sleeper (yay Target!). I personally envision myself as a two-and-a-half year old boy, always looking around, exploring, and learning new things; intelligent and aware beyond what anyone fully realizes, but still dependent on others for help with tasks.
A few people have asked me, and here's my official answer: I don't roleplay. I can't. I'm attached to my intelligence and maturity, and I'm afraid to give it up. Perhaps this is a common problem, and perhaps it's not - I don't really know.

Not sure where the "close calls" thread is (I call dibs on starting it if the most recent one's closed), but this definitely belongs in there.
I ordered the Dry 24/7 dual-size sample pack a few days ago. This was mentioned a couple times in IRC and on the forums. Of course USPS took at least 1 day off due to Christmas, pushing the delivery back to today.

My brother (14) and sister (10) each got an iPod shuffle for Christmas. We're a Christian family so while I listen to secular music, they are still on the Christian stuff like tobyMac and KJ52.
My sister asked me to load tobyMac's 2001 album "Momentum" on her 'pod. They asked for a sample so I played the hit single from it, "Irene." (The music video is lame but the song isn't too bad.) My dad heard the line "Hey little girl with the pressures of the world...

I thought I posted in the Regulars forum but my thread disappeared, and there wasn't any placeholder "deleted" thread either. Guess I never hit submit before my browser crashed or something. I'll post here then.
I'm off to Texas to hike and camp for two weeks with my dad and brother. All three of us love the western US, and it's been four years since the three of us went out there together. I'm looking forward to it mostly, but the ideas of sharing a tent with my dad (who...

On Sunday the VBS band got together to have a practice session in a warehouse that my church rents out. We had quite an adventure when we got there.
During the middle of last week the main speakers stopped working so they called in the company that installed their sound system to fix it up. When we got there on Sunday, the key that was supposed to open the cover on the sound board didn't work! Being a church building they usually leave the keys someplace accessible. Not this time....

So yeah I'm crankin' out a blog. Whoop dee dee, 'bout time I started one. I'm not a very avid blogger (as you'll probably soon find out) but I always thought that having a place to talk about things that happen in my life that are TB- or real life-related would be nice.
As could be expected for June, this month is one of the busiest months of my year. And I mean all month. The first of the month was the graduation ceremony at my school, and I went because most of my really good friends...
