You’re in Large territory. I wear a Medium by the size chart in pretty much every chart I’ve looked at. I barely fit in them.

I think it’s there to help prevent tearing.

If you keep wearing diapers to bed and not relieving yourself before bedtime you will eventually start wetting the bed in your sleep. It’s not something that’s easily reversed once it starts.
