Based on folded diapers coming out of the bags the large was 7" and the extra large was 7.5"

I wear plastic pants over my disposables just because I like to! There are benefits regarding smell, leaks, sagging, etc...but those are secondary. I wear them because it makes me smile.

I've started wearing diapers when fishing while wearing waders....especially when its cold. Just makes it easier than having to remove clothing, slide the waders down and then try to pee with getting it all over the front of your waders and then having to spend 10 minutes getting redressed to go...

My measurements are identical to yours and what I've done over time is buy sample packs of different diapers and try out different sizes to find what works best for the different brands. In some I wear a large and in some I wear a medium.

Northshore Supreme Lite or Tena Slip Maxi - both are thinner in profile but will hold a couple wettings.

I wear both the Northshore Supreme and Supreme Lite and I'm very satisfied with both products. Great customer service!
