Sounds like a challenging situation. Around here you can buy prepaid credit cards from most supermarkets or post offices, which you can use to make payments online. This might be a good option to avoid the purchases showing up on your bank statement or PayPal account.

I tend to only buy a pack at a time. Currently have about half a pack of Drynites, and a few Tena Slip Maxis (brand options are a little limited over here)
