I always take the time to ‘air out’ after a shower. I try and do the same at nappy changes, although often I get impatient to get a comfy new one on.

Sundays are the best for nap time. It’s the only day of the week I have enough free time, where I can go “I feel like having a nap” and can actually go ahead and do so! Of course Sundays are also prime little time, so the two often coincide.
