Have you tried Northshore's AirSupreme, probably in a medium? They run a little smaller than some, plus they will send a sample of 2 diapers for free so you can see if they work.

I think you'll love them! IMHO, they are vastly superior to Molicares. They are a bit stiff in comparison to most other diapers, and some people don't like that. Be sure to prep them like they tell you to ... fold them lengthwise down the center to create a "V" or channel. Let us know what...

You're not the only one who has problems with the tapes not sticking, or the tapes moving when you are active. The tapes are the worst amongst premium diapers. And, yes, I know how to put a diaper on (30 years of experience) and don't get anything on the tapes or plastic. And, yes, I've tried...

Although I'm a HUGE fan of plastic backed diapers, in your case, a quality cloth backed diaper with Velcro "tapes" might do the trick. Have you tried any of those? Since I like plastic, I'm not really familiar with the cloth backed products, except I know the NorthShore AirSupreme have "tapes"...

Thanks everyone. I was considering taking advantage of the BOGO since I missed the code for the plastic backed ones, but now I think I'll skip it. I was going to use them for daytime use, but if they don't stay snug, they're not worth it.

I prefer plastic backed diapers. Just wondering how bad the Abena cloth backed ones are. Specifically, do they bag and sag when wet like so many cloth backed diapers do, thus creating gaps and leading to leaks? Do they have the problem of wicking through the backing like cheap cloth backed...

More info... It's for bedwetting/incontinence. Changed right before bedtime. On large volume of fluid intake for medical reasons. I.e. can't change timing or amount of fluid intake to lessen volume overnight. Flooding, not small amounts over time. I am familiar with how diapers should fit...
