After a very long purge cycle, and some therapy I am back! I feel greater than I have in a while.

Welcome back! I hope you find some balance this time around, purges are a difficult and confusing time for me and I hope to avoid any new ones. I'm trying to find a therapist to talk with, which is new to me. Did your therapist help with ABDL?
