Kimba was unfortunately made to feel unwelcome a couple of years back and decided to step away. She (or he, if going by “little” gender) is alive and well.

My mom's been buying infant products for washing or face or something, so tonight I took my bath with baby shampoo and nighttime baby wash.

My dad doesn't want me to have a pool, my mom wouldn't let me buy one today, and I don't expect the YMCA to be open for months. I feel like a sea creature shrivelling up without access to water.

I've never seen or heard of pompompurin before I searched it up a few seconds ago and holy crap he's SO cute! Thank you for introducing pompompurin into my life!

Freed most of my stuffed animals from their bed-bug quarantine. Haven't seen any more and I'm tired of them being bagged up.

Putting girls' pink and purple hair clips on with my men's clothes is definitely a weird-feeling contrast.

Despite my little side being a boy, I bought some old-school animal hair barrettes on eBay, the kind I remember from childhood.

On a positive note for the day, I LOVE your new avatar! (maybe I'm late) such a nice tribute to Blue's Clues.

Don't know when the plushie I won from Toreba will actually arrive. According to tracking, it never made it out of Japan, and now their postal service is no longer delivering to the U.S.

If your package got through before Japan stopped, you might see it in a month or so.

With foreign mail systems packages only track through that country, then say in transit until it arrives at your local post office.

I've had this problem multiple times.

The fact that nearly every TV commercial references Coronavirus is annoying and unnecessary.

In the ultimate twist of irony, it’ll probably turn out to be the cure. ...Like how Chernobyl workers were told that vodka would protect them from radiation. Except that, well... I’m pretty sure the vodka wasn’t named ”Radioaktiv” or anything like that... Never mind, it was a dumb comparison.

Itchy bumps all over. Don't know if bed bug bites or what. Haven't seen any droppings in my bed, just three bugs in my bird's water and one in my bathroom.

Covered the mattress, put down powder with diatomaceous earth it, vacuumed. Not much more I can do. Father would never get an exterminator when he never even took care of the black mold.

Try looking for gaps in the wall and around electrical outlets. Bedbugs are devilishly good at squeezing into places.

A sure sign of bedbugs are little black spots on your sheets. They will look like they were made with an ultra-fine Sharpie marker. Apparently they die not long after feeding and the black is their blood.

I don't think they die after feeding. Rather, they molt into the next stage of development, I believe.
I take serious offense at the idea of the state government MAKING me wear a mask inside businesses. When the government starts telling me I have to wear something, that's wear I draw the line. I've been dealing with all the closures, not being able to go to the YMCA or the library, but I consider this an actual infringement upon my personal freedom.

I could understand if this was anything other than a pandemic but one can't see or avoid a virus. Overkill as it might be, this is something we have to try and outwit with these measures for a little longer.

I accept the government requiring masks in public places, I accept every business requiring them as their domestic authority. But I admit that it is unusual for the government to require specific clothing inside buisinessess.
Still, it is reasonable. I use sun protection even if I'm allowed to get a sunburn. This is not a recommended opportunity for civil disobedience.
