i have found that if you wear a onesie to keep it in place, then put "regular" underwear over that, it cuts down on the noise A LOT. I wouldnt really worry about it. Your co-workers are not on the look out for other people in diapers

Yes, onesies are a huge help. Abena makes some great ones. I also like their abri-fix fixing pants. They seem to help keep the diaper in place really well. As far as the bulk of a diaper, you're never going to overcome that. I'd suggest baggy pants and you'll be fine. It's unlikely that anyone will find out.

When I need to be more discreet I wear a women's panty girdle. It compresses the diaper slightly, and quiets it significantly. Kinda like biker shorts, but with no legs.

Typically a snug pair of underwear and some baggy pants are going to be your best option. Luckily baggy is in style (atleast for guys) so you can get away with it.

I wear a bulky cloth diaper and plastic pants during the day, and just wear jeans that are a size larger than I would normally wear to keep it covered. It is still probably, no, it IS noticeable to the discriminating eye, but I'm at the point in my life where it doesn't bother me. I'm really incontinent, both ends, and if someone has a problem with that, well, it's really their problem, not mine.
I use a belt to keep my pants from sliding down, and a really baggy tee shirt to cover the top of my pants. I would use a onesie to help hold the diaper, but because of the heat here, I'll only do that in the winter. I already have to wear compression stockings for a blood circulation issue, and those, with the diaper, keeps me pretty hot most of the time. I sweat bad enough as it is, I don't need to add to the problem.
But if you are wearing 24/7/365, and don't care what people might think, just go with what's comfortable. I'm not saying to make it obvious, but you're not going to be able to make it 100% hidden either. Anyone that knows what to look for will be able to tell, but most people aren't looking at your butt anyways.
Just enjoy it and have fun!

I'm going 24/7 now.

I'm on a mission to try all major brands of diaper for one week 24/7.

As I am not a masochist I am eschewing using them for bowel movements in public.

I've got this down to an art. Boxer briefs are the way to go. Totally. I can wear my boot-cut jeans and there is no noticable profile difference with a diaper on and off except around the crotch area. Belt and a tucked in t-shirt.

Even with my wet bulky Tena Super's on there isn't a real difference, visably.

I wear a long loose fitting t-shirt and shorts to hide the fact I am wearing diapers.

I don't think I've worn the Tena Supers, but how does the sound factor work out for you - just wondering because you said "there isn't a real difference, visably", so from that it sounds like it's still loud and crinkly, which to me is worse than the bulk.
