It's becuase of the heat. If you want to raise production, it'll have to stay cool, even if it means sitting on ice! . Loose underwear means less heat, and diapers are definitely warmer than that...so obviously there is some medical truth there, even if it is minimal.

lol. ...Still, myself I really find the actual incontinence annoying, even though I really don't mind wearing. All it was was a motivator to wear since I wanted to anyway but didn't have the courage. I still find it really ironic though...but I'm going to actually (finally) take a step (hopefully I don't change my mind because I really need to) and go to the doctor about it. Remember: after all that, diapers are fun, even when I need them...the incontinence isn't.

But ya, I went in today.... I told a doctor about it, and he was like "this isn't a very common problem" and "that's why we're going to get you help" and all this...He's going to call back within 2 weeks for a referral to a urologist. The way he said it, he made me feel even lower than I already did for it though... It took a lot for me to go in there, and he doesn't really assure me, but by giving an "assuring statement" in a harsh way, made me feel worse...There was more than that, and I told him a lot, even details I didn't want to (all AB-side aside), because I knew he needed to know everything to be able to do anything...I only hope the urologist, since he would be only dealing with things like this on a daily basis, is a little nicer about it.

I have to agree with the other incontinent people here... you might like it for a little bit, because it's an "extra thrill" but it's going to get old *really* fast!

Trust me, don't do it! You won't be wearing a diaper at night, you'll be wearing one all the time. Try to think of every embarassing or inconvenient situation that will come up, and then remember that you won't be able to just "turn it off" because its' no fun any more.
