Yep - people who wear boxers to improve fertility, are no better off than they are wearing briefs. It's like a false sense of security, really.

Hmm, the mythbusters getting paid to jerk off on national TV for sperm count tests ... sounds like American TV to me!

Those tests wouldn't produce any significant data. To prove that wearing a certain combination of underwear increases or reduces the sperm count of an individual would take months or even years of experimenting to be conclusive. This isn't something that could be "Busted" on a 30 minute TV show.

Went to the doctor this morning for an unrelated issue and broke down and admitted my bedwetting to him. I explained that I had started wetting the bed again and was using protection for it. I then told him that my wife was concerned that my using diapers may be lowering my sperm count. He told me that using diapers to help cope with my bedwetting will not lower my sperm count.

The whole "wearing briefs/diapers is bad for sperm count" thing is a huge urban legend and more junk science that the media sensationalism machine has taken and run with.

Don't believe everything you read online folks.
