Aside from the fact that (*depending on local laws) it could be illegal, it's also rude. But consider this too: There are some pretty unstable people out there. I see them firsthand every day -- people who wil assault, wound, and kill with little provication.

it is rude, in alot of places, it may not be illegal, but it is certainly rude. one reason i always wore a shirt to the beach back in the days when i weighed over 300 lb was just that, not wearing one would be rude.

now, i will admit to running around outside with nothing but a diaper and tennis shoes in the height of summer, but i can also say that there wasn't another human being for miles, and most definitely not within sight. i remember a guy who posted a column in the paper about the one time, he thought he was alone out in the woods, miles from anybody in his cabin(summer getaway) , decided his birthday suit was fine, only to get busted half an hour later by his neghbors doing some back country biking. oops
best i can say is, at least i was clothed.. Unless you are filming for Jackass, i wouldnt reccomend anyways, most places it is legal as along as genitalia and breasts are covered in the US certainly not advised tho

Guys, i wouldn't sweat it. The topic is a couple of months old and the guy who posted this doesn't eve come around any more.

If you go through his posts, it's obvious he's an exhibitionist, or he just made up elaborate fantasies about showing his diapers to the world. Seriously. He mentions he's incontinent in every single post. He's basically a good example of what none of us ever want to become, and a lot of his life seemed to revolve around the fetish.
