Personally, I only wear when I know I'm gonna be on my own. No need for a waistband to peer out over my belt, you know?

Plastic disposables during the day, current brand of choice is the Abena Extra. Years ago I used to get a little self conscious, but these days no. I wear so many shorts and pants with velcro on them. How does anyone know the difference? Really, similar to diaper bulge, I think it's more in your head. And, if anyone were to say something, which I doubt, I'd be like, yeah I've got a wetting problem.

Default Incontinence in the Workplace

I have to wear diapers to work, or I did when I was working. I'm currently unemployed and looking for employment. Anyway, I usually wear cloth diapers and plastic pants. I always wear slacks, a dress shirt and tie. The slacks are a larger size than I would wear if I didn't have a diaper under them.

I change one or two or three times during work, depending on how wet I am. I carry a small backpack with a travel pack of baby wipes, fresh diapers, and an extra pair of plastic pants. I put the wet ones in large plastic bags and back into my "diaper bag." If I wear disposables (Abena usually) I still put the used diapers in a plastic bag and in my diaper bag. I have had a private bathroom in a few places I've worked which made it much easier, but usually I change in public restrooms.

In all the years I have worn diapers to work, no one has ever said anything about a bulge or any other mention of my wearing diapers. Like Spaz, I would just tell them I'm incontinent if they ever did ask or say anything.
