Technically speaking, It's not actually good :/ I know I'm usually a bit harsh when judging AMV/PMV but in all honesty, this one is far from being good. As for the pitch change, I think it's kinda annoying but that's personal taste I guess. I'm not an expert, but I think it's the wrong octave change (usually you go for a +115% change in pitch to get the the higher pitch and it seems like this one is not going to +115%).
