No, your jumping to the conclusion that i believe every *BDL, including me, is ugly. When i simply said she is a good looking young woman, so what made you automatically assume i think everyone here must be ugly?

ok, what I think Tommy meant was that good-looking people are normally accepted socially better than less attractive people so they are less likely to come across stuff like *B/DLs and the like. It's also easy to post a picture of someone else and say it is you and guys are more likely to talk to someone who is aestheticly pleasing. Not that guys won't talk to people who are less attractive, but they won't pay as close attention to them. (Though you may think it is wrong, it's just how the world works for most people, sorry)

I'll weigh in here. I'm sure Alissa you must have realized that you can learn just as much by searching the many threads and posts on this site. Our members will speak very honestly and really bear their soles. I think you will get a good idea of who we are, perhaps more than talking to us, though that would certainly be effective as well. You might check out some of the stories because they tend to reflect the fantasy world that pervades many of our minds.

If you want to pm me you can. I'm not on live because I work to jobs and have very little time. But I always check adisc every night, and I always return pms. I'm one of the older members on this site, so my insight would come with that perspective.

Thank you very much for your advice! I realize that there are many threads and posts that reveal the daily life of AB/DL, but I am looking for more personal, one on one interviews; conversations.

Thank you! No problem. I realized my initial posts were somewhat abrupt

I think I am going to stay after I finish my paper! My teacher is really happy about what I have so far, as in, how open everyone is and how interesting and eye-opening it is, I might be doing an independent study, bigger reasearch paper on this.

Thank you for your warm welcome. Are you planning on one day becoming an AB? Or also just interested, as I am.

Well my hobbies and interests are not AB/DL myself... but who knows? I am definitely far more open now after being a part of this site! Interest myself has not stemmed, though. But I love hearing all about it, especially because it is so out of my comfort zone.
