Hardly is. I remember some of the stuff Jonathan posted on the old forum. It hardly sounded pleasant.
But then, this is the stories section, and not all of it has to be true

...Read through the lines. It was very tough for him, I'm sure. If I was forced to go to a shrink, not only would I run away to live with a friend, I would also disown them as parents. Why is it every time someone thinks about someone else wearing diapers that it's automatically assumed they have issues?

My personal motto has always been: Diapers are just another fabric and are another type of underwear; while not acknowledged by society as a whole, by many people in the world it certainly is.
I think you're missing a point, parents tried for years to get their child continent and spent each and every day in the smell of it. Returning to diapers might feel a bit like chucking everything RIGHT back in their faces. At least, that's what it'd feel like I think, but I'm not a parent so I'm probably wrong about that

It was a long road, that's for sure. Especially when your parents have even questioned you about whether you like little kids as a result. My mother used to call me a pedo at age 14 just because I liked diapers... It's a ridiculous set of stories, that's for sure.

I always wondered what was with that.. How are diapers related to little children? I mean, sure, it's what they use, but they wear peruvian hats as well, are peruvian hats linked to children? And, little children sleep under covers, are covers related to children? I'm sorry I'm just confused why people link diapers to babies just because in their eyes they're the only consumers. I call it being naïve, perhaps I'm wrong

Most of us are not simply enamoured of diapers, there's often a corresponding interest in other things that babies/kids like and in childlike behavior. People are jumping to conclusions with the pedophile theory, but to me it's a natural enough, if incorrect, conclusion.

You might just as well be right , people are often jumping to conclusions, especially whenever they hear anything to do with children. Looking deeper into something does help!

Every word. I am an honest person.

Peachy
Even though I DID post this in the stories section, it's all true; the real point was to have a post where I explained what it's been like. When I was going through the final stages of getting thrown out of my dad's house, it was the same time that the forum went down. When I found out about that and re-registered, I felt that I should tell my story, since I had left a few people wondering what had happened to me. It's easier to just point to this post then it is to tell the story every time.

For starters, this was pretty good. It was also pretty well written.

Now my feelings on the subject. I am sure that many here feel as though parents who question their kids using diapers are in the wrong. However, being a parent myself, I would say that I would do just about everything I could to talk my kids out of using diapers.

I think everyone would agree that there is a stigma concerning someone who has no need but still chooses to use diapers. I also know all to well the medical problems that can arise as a result of using diapers. I wouldn't want any of that with my kids and not because I hate them but just the opposite, I love them. I don't want to see them hurt either emotionally because their secret desires are discovered or that they suffer some of the same medical problems I have experienced as a result of using the diapers.
