For the first time in a week, I had a long afternoon
nap. I denied myself needed naptimes to do some
electronic CAD drawing, and to do other adult things.
I did have "little" time at bedtimes, but all week long
it was simply "not enough" to help me feel better and
keep me emotionally stable. It felt good this afternoon
to have a daytime uninterrupted "little boy naptime",
snuggled under my big soft "John Deere Tractor"
blankie, and hugging "Precious", my special comfort
baby doll friend. He kept bad childhood abuse PTSD
dreams away. I also laid there in my bed between my
side-safety rails and mutely played with a couple of
my rain-stick rattles. The motion and sound calmed
