Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and being an "Adult Baby"...#96

Rate this Entry
Having a "sense of balance" is important as an Adult Baby, to avoid the psychological problem of "engulfment", where one's desire to be treated like a baby/live like a baby does not take over one's life. It is important to remain "grounded in reality". I live a very harsh life as an "adult". Letting myself be a baby most of the time is unrealistic. I have too many adult responsibilities. Yet, I do take time out of every day for the simple joy of childlike play. Otherwise I would simply go bonkers. With it being just about Summer, I go out into my own backyard to quietly play with my NERF toy guns.
