Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and being an "Adult Baby"...#50

It is late evening and I am only now "feeling sad" regarding my having "wrecked" my handicapped-adapted pickup truck. The ALLSTATE Insurance Adjustor is going to "total" my truck as being "unrepairable".
I myself with my low Social Security "fixed income", can not afford to purchase another vehicle and make monthly finance payments and liability insurance payments to keep a vehicle "on the road".
I am only being "realistic" as an older adult with Autism and Cerebral Palsy, regarding this.
With no vehicle, I am mostly "stuck at home" now.
In this region, there is really no "Public Transit", and the CART Disability Transportation "System" is "limited", in that one would have to "book" rides to "anywhere" in the Nutfield Region here in New Hampshire a couple of weeks "in advance".
I am simply "screwed" as a person with Autism and Cerebral Palsy.
