... Because my original one was ages and ages ago, I can't even remember what it said, and I'm fairly sure it was crap.
I'm Dan. And contrary to my username, I'm not much of a superman
I'm at University, but hate it - think I'm on the wrong course.
I have a chinchilla.
I am a very literal person - I absolutely say what I mean and mean what I say.
I naively expect people to be straight and honest with me, and not play games.
I like football. The proper kind, not the silly U.S equivalent
I don't really have any hobbies - I'm not your typical diaper nerd/tecchie/gamer type. TV is probably my strongest interest.
I don't like gore/blood and shudder at people describing injury.
I live by my emotions. And die by them, too.
I enjoy comedy. My favourite comedian was Lee Evans til he became too big/repetitive. Then it was Michael McIntyre, til he sold himself out to do Britain's Got Talent. Now, it's Jon Richardson.
I've been diagnosed with depression and attend therapy. (Do you 'get' depression? 'Have' it? 'Suffer' it? I dunno...)
I never miss a pun or innuendo.
I've written over 300 poems, though think all but two of them are shit.
I'm a dog person.
I'm gay, and I want kids.
I've always found it difficult to make friends. I don't really have any now.
That said, I'm quite co-dependent.
I'm terrible with money.
I like absolutely mainstream music. Normal stuff.
I don't enjoy talking about myself and prefer to be prodded with questions. I'm aware this may be a cause of my social problems.
Also, it may be a reason why I don't know anyone who I feel 'gets' me.
I'm a gay-of-two-halves - I love chick flicks, action movies, interior design and cars.
I have an 'all-or-nothing' way of thinking, and looking at things. I sometimes genuinely struggle to see the middle ground or compromise.
I have a 'savoury tooth' rather than a 'sweet tooth'. Give me pizza, crisps and garlic bread any day.
I often put my foot in my mouth, especially at work where I deal with the public.
If you've read this far, you now know as much - if not more - about me than all but one person. I realise that's incredibly sad, but thank you all the same
As for why I'm here... I typed 'adult baby forum' into our beloved Google, and up you all popped! I wanted to make friends and understand a little more what it meant to be the way I was. Friends have been a little hard to come by, but I can honestly say you've helped So
Dammit, I've gotten emoticon-happy - time to leave!
Thanks for reading - and if wanna know anything else, as stated above, just ASK! - hope you're all good, and for Christ's sake, if you read all this crap, say Hi...!
