Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and being an "Adult Baby"...#388

Rate this Entry
My days have a rather boring sameness to them.
Typical for someone like myself who lives with the developmental disability of Autism, Asperger's Syndrome version.
"Predictability" keeps me sane and mitigates cognitive shutdowns and meltdowns.
Yes, I went out in my car this afternoon, only for necessary groceries.
I needed Baby Wipes and Baby Powder.
I also took my "Adult Baby Time" nap, snuggled under my "Paw Patrol" blankie and my dolly friend, "Pam" and teddy bear friend, "Howard Hug".
After my nap I had Supper.
Only Peanut Butter Sandwiches.
As always, evening is television time.
On my laptop computer I am watching a documentary DVD all about "Dinosaurs".
Later on, and before bedtime, I will quietly play with some of my toy cars and trucks.
No, I really have not watched the evening news.
I have no interest in hearing more evil lies from the present President of the United States.
He is mentally immature.
And people point the finger and complain about an Autistic person like me being mentally immature?
I may be an "Adult Baby", but I live in the "Adult World", and yes, I have to function as an adult to be able to physically survive.
