A short time ago before it became dark, I quietly played with one of my NERF toy guns in my back yard.
Yes, it felt good to play.
Before that, I had a late afternoon nap from 4:30 PM to 6:45 PM.
Yes, I was diapered, since I am incontinent.
Upon waking, I sat on my adult medical hospital potty chair, and I made a poo-poo.
Before my nap I had sat on my adult potty chair and made a poo-poo.
It was only after my nap, and the 2nd poo-poo, that I hobbled into the bathroom to empty and clean-out my potty chair pail.
Of course, mostly I wear my adult diapers 24/7.
But I do sometimes use my adult medical hospital potty chair.
The potty chair is a "toddler regression" sort-of thing for me .
Toddlers have to sit on it too not be wet and messy.
When I sit on my adult hospital potty sometimes, I feel like a toddler, and I suck my thumb and hug my big teddy bear, "Howard Hug" while waiting for all the poo-poo to come out.
I have two contradictory feelings about "The Potty".
I both accept it, and I hate it, "at the same time.
Many of us adults with Cerebral Palsy who have limited mobility both use adult diapers and the adult medical hospital potty chair to manage our medical incontinence.
Yes, being a baby does help me accept my having total bladder and bowel incontinence.
