Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and being an "Adult Baby"...#226

Arrived back home a couple of hours ago from the November Board of Directors Meeting of the disability-related non-profit organization I am involved with, www.aspergerworks.org.
I have plenty of responsibilities in my "adult" life.
Anyway, earlier today in the afternoon, I did have a couple of hours of mute, quiet "Adult Baby Regression Time".
I napped for an hour, snuggled under my green John Deere Tractor blankie, just wearing a diaper.
While napping, I did have my baby dolly friends, "Pam" and "Emily".
They protected me and kept me safe.
I guess I need to shift back into "Adult Baby Mode" before bedtime to be in the right frame of mind to go to bed at my usual time.
1). Move the plushie/dolly friends.
2). put down a 30" x 36" disposable bed pad.
3). Select a few baby rattles/teethers to play with from 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM.
4). Lie down in my bed at 12:45 Am and change into a clean dry adult diaper.
5). Put a clean dry pair of plastic pants on over my clean dry diaper.
6). Cover myself with my John Deere Tractor blankie.
7). Mutely play with my baby rattles/teethers for an hour.
8). Shut off light.
9). Go to sleep from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
