Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and being an "Adult Baby"...#203

My spastic cerebral palsy affected legs are pretty weak. At this late hour of the evening, I am sitting on my plastic-pail adult potty chair and it is like I am "planted on it" and I am having a hell of a time pushing up with my arms to stand in my normal cerebral palsy "crouching stance" without my AFO leg braces.
I have also been wearing diapers.
But, as I have said before, I go diaper-less to aid in maintaining skin integrity, especially since I end-up having long-term skin contact with wet and poopy diapers.
Earlier today, I did watch:
THOMAS THE TANK ENGINE
I have been watching SESAME STREET for decades.
Anyway, I am quietly relaxing in my air-conditioned bedroom.
It is still a bit too hot outside during the day for me to play in the back yard with my NERF toy guns.
