I bought the XXL size pull ups some time back and they stretch to 14" flat (28" circumference).

Edit: I should add that I live in Singapore.

I have read that kids in Japan (and other Aisian countries) are toilet trained at a later age than they are in America.

Since I'm new at this, and that was the first baby diapers I bought, I can't really give an opinion on whether they were "good". From what I can vaguely remember, they seem to hold the same (give or take) as Goodnites.
