I have hiked in just a cami and a diaper on a trail. I even gone swimming and used the diaper as part of my two piece swimsuit and even liked the padding when I went Mt Biking as well.

What is "in your condition" supposed to mean? As far as I know
he is fine. He just wears 24/7 but only uses them to urinate in.

I've only tried wearing a diaper once during a game, wasn't very comfortable with a cup as our team required one as well. Not sure how you do it.

Well, unless you're truly incontinent, why not just go in normal swimwear? Why bother wearing a swim diaper in the pool - it won't absorb pee anyway, and from what I remember, you're neither bowel incontinent nor have an interest in using your diaper for that anyway.

I wore while biking home from buying diapers. I had to hide them about my person and I was wearing one while riding.

I wore diapers while skiing, hiking, running, and at the gym. Only biking doesn't work for me in diapers.
Half of my motivation for wearing diapers is to expose myself to others. I find it exciting to know that others easily can and probably do know about my wearing a diaper. I have worn 24/7 for weeks at a time, including to work and school.
I like to windsurf, so I got myself a swim diaper to wear under my wetsuit. When I get back off the water I don't hide the fact that I put on a fresh diaper after drying off. I put it on right there in the parking lot.
Same when I go to the gym: I undress down to my diaper before taking it off. When I have changed into a fresh diaper I put on running shorts out of a very thin nylon fabric and a T-shirt. When I stretch my diaper shows.
