Yes for me lager as well (more than any other beer), one pint and I keep going... I am known as the guy with the small bladder After one pint I can't even finish more without having to pee at least twice per glass! And indeed, tea and coffee. Coffee makes me need to do a number 2 though

Well, I decided for myself that I would never drink soda again, and have stuck with this for a little over two years now. Basically I only drink: Water, Gatorade, Tea, Coffee, and Milk. I have to go more often when drinking tea and coffee.

We drink a lot of tea in Ireland. As a result I have to change frequently... so i can testify to tea going through you quickly. Cranberry Juice, OJ, Apple Juice and coffee affect me more than plain water or other drinks. Just my two cents...

Me too... I can't drink energy drinks... it will cramp my stomach really bad so I avoid it ever since. =P

For me, I drink soda, tea, coffee, flavoured water... that's pretty much what I drink regularly. I am not big fan of cranberry juice but if I happen to be in mood to drink it, I always get cranberry-raspberry (Ocean Spray) drink. It's really good.

Caffeine/Alcohol as diuretics work with enough Alcohol though you may wet your naturally, caffeine, not as likely though you will need to pee. Cranberry juice, is also a good option, it is a diuretic and helps treat and ward off bladder infections. Dandelions are also a natural diuretic, though I would suggest taking them as a supplement or making a tea from them, eating them in salad is good to it is just generally not a sufficient quantity. Also finding dandelions these days that are pesticide free is a bit hard thus the tea or supplement suggestion, many health food stores carry both, advertised as water pills(a.k.a make you pee pills.) Definitely as mentioned just drink more water period, esp. if using a diuretic, as dehydration effects your body functions pretty severely.

Just a word of advice/caution on Gatorade or any sports drinks.
    These can contain electrolytes (Ions)
Which can cause harm to your heart's conduction system (rhythm) if taken in large enough quantity.
Generally it's best to only drink them if you're dehydrated and in limited amounts

And for who are curious about water poisoning the actual term for it is called Hyponatremia
