naww its normal i usually go about 4 times a day
when i wake up, 4pm-ish (yeah I'm that strange) dinner time 7 ish , before i go to sleep

I often go a full 12 hour shift without peeing if we are really busy, but am uncomfortable by the end of the shift and know it isn't healthy. If there is bacteria in the bladder or kidneys it gives it more time to grow and multiply. Holding over a long period of time could also lead to reflux issues.

Mandy, I can go once when I wake up and not go again the whole day until noon the next day and I won't even have a need to go. I do drink a lot though, so idk, I'm just weird

It's gonna be real hard to shrink my bladder if I try to go incontinent for a month or three lols.

That sounds unhealthy...You must have a VERY big bladder, or there is some kind of other problem...It's kind of impossible for someone to go incontinent in 1-3 months unless drastic measures are implemented...

That is very unhealthy. The reason you can do that is because you are retaining water. Lower you salt intake. Do you have hypertension (high blood pressure)?

No, my blood pressure is normal. I'm actually pretty healthy when I went for my last exam at the doctors a few months ago.

Actually used an old measuring pitcher in the basement earlier this morning out of curiosity. Filled it up to the 14 oz. level. I had to go pretty bad, but it wasn't at the last panic stage yet. A couple more ounces would have put me there.

Yeah, that's within the normal range. The lady with the 1000ml I'm sure was very uncomfortable. I know that when I had that much, or more, it felt really bad, that is, when I could still feel it. Now I wouldn't know if I had that much in me or not. It just comes out when my bladder reaches it's capacity now, and I'll bet it's not as much now as it was when I had control.

As for how frequently I used to go, when in control, I could go almost the entire work day before I had to go. I had trained my bladder to hold that much because I would get so busy, I couldn't, or wouldn't, take the time to go pee. And I drank coffee like it was life sustaining. (Sometimes that's all I would consume during the day too).

To go for a day and a half between trips to the restroom doesn't sound too healthy to me either, Bryce. Are you sure you don't have other health issues that are causing that? About the only thing I can think of that would cut down the amount of urine output, other than not drinking, is sweating excessively. Is that what's happening to you?

I heard the average adult has an average bladder capacity of either 400mL or 700mL. I think it's the former, but definitely one or the other.
