I often go a full 12 hour shift without peeing if we are really busy, but am uncomfortable by the end of the shift and know it isn't healthy. If there is bacteria in the bladder or kidneys it gives it more time to grow and multiply. Holding over a long period of time could also lead to reflux issues.

Mandy, I can go once when I wake up and not go again the whole day until noon the next day and I won't even have a need to go. I do drink a lot though, so idk, I'm just weird
![]() It's gonna be real hard to shrink my bladder if I try to go incontinent for a month or three lols. |

That sounds unhealthy...You must have a VERY big bladder, or there is some kind of other problem...It's kind of impossible for someone to go incontinent in 1-3 months unless drastic measures are implemented... |

Yeah, that's within the normal range. The lady with the 1000ml I'm sure was very uncomfortable. I know that when I had that much, or more, it felt really bad, that is, when I could still feel it. Now I wouldn't know if I had that much in me or not. It just comes out when my bladder reaches it's capacity now, and I'll bet it's not as much now as it was when I had control. As for how frequently I used to go, when in control, I could go almost the entire work day before I had to go. I had trained my bladder to hold that much because I would get so busy, I couldn't, or wouldn't, take the time to go pee. And I drank coffee like it was life sustaining. (Sometimes that's all I would consume during the day too). To go for a day and a half between trips to the restroom doesn't sound too healthy to me either, Bryce. Are you sure you don't have other health issues that are causing that? About the only thing I can think of that would cut down the amount of urine output, other than not drinking, is sweating excessively. Is that what's happening to you? |
