Mine seems to vary a lot. I don't have exact measurements but sometimes it is a lot and sometimes not so much. I think it has to do with how full my stomach is.

yeah, Mollies are pretty good. and the newer, trimmer styles are good for this warm and humid weather, aren't they?
have you tried Moliflex, yet? the 'super' are more absorbant than Molicares, but they have the 'cotton-like' outer covering.

And down from 4.75 ounces last year.

I don't drink a lot, so it's not as huge a deal as it might sound. I can usually go for an hour or two between wettings.

During the day, I use the restroom every couple of hour or so. This thread raised a good question. My average quantity is roughly 20 ounces and a full bladder in the morning is about 30 ounces. I shall not try to find the "lost control capacity" any time soon.

For me, bladder capacity appears to be partially affected by urine content. Excessive soda seems to lower capacity as does low water intake. When I am over-hydrated, bladder capacity seems much higher.

I had a patient the other night that put out about 1000 ml when we cathed her. She was very uncomfortable.

I would be interested to know how much I can hold, cause I have one of those super tanker bladders, that's why I pee allot at night.

I soak one abena medium super in one wetting. I can go 6-9 hours between wettings with control. Is that unhealthy?
