Sweating... is there any way to prevent it?

maybe unless u NEED to sleep in diaper u shouldnt on hot nights? ir maybe open some windows? during summer nights i find it incredibly diffcult to sleep unless the room is really cool... like this year we had a very muggy summer and i never shut the windows once and had fans turned on, but if u choose to use fans dont have them pointing at u only let them roate to cool the air in the room and not just at you,

I always preferred to have a fan blowing directly on me if the room was really hot, I could never get comfortable in a warm room, I need it to be cold to get to sleep, though I have a/c now so its not much of a problem

to be honest we have no need for aircon in Scotland instead we need central heating heheehe
