I have, and most of my gay friends have, been harassed, even physically injured, just by walking down the street holding hands. Ever had a beer bottle thrown at your head while minding your own business?

I think the whole point of the matter is that we (TB/AB/DL) imagine public response to be so much worse than it really is, or could be. Obviously, if I went prancing (heh!) down the middle of the street wearing nothing but a triple thick night diaper and a pair of plastic pants, its going to get attention; and probably negative at that. Is that any different than the attention that homosexuals engaging in activities that are plainly homosexual (and not normally in public view) are going to get? I wear diapers all day while properly dressed and move around in public without fear because to the general public I look and act and dress "normal" (well, mostly). I may be wearing a onesie under my shirt but the outside view is acceptable.
Whew, sorry that was so long, but I appreciate the chance to give my thoughts. Thanks |

Anyways back on topic. I had a hard time telling my parents that I was a TB. I am not homosexual or Bi so I can't compare it to telling them that. But think of it this way your telling the people who potty trained you want diapers again albeit not all the time for most of us. Anyways even after telling my parents I still don't openly wear anywhere outside of my bedroom. |

And not that all religious people hate homosexuals, just that homosexuals have a lot harder time here than, say San Fransisco. |
