Ok sorry it took so long but I did a traceback on the pic and found the site its Dhphomedelivery.com they have a large variety of diapers.

Those look like a kind of CVS diaper I've gotten before...Definitely not the kind to buy online if you have a choice

Looks like they sell Kendall brand incontinence products... ehh... not that good of a brand. They're gonna be on-par with things you'd find in your local supermarket.

I say avoid please.

To answer your exact question... the product in the picture is the Kendall Secure Care "refastenable underwear". I.E. Adult pullups.
