I've tried the pinching technique and it doesn't work, at least not for me.

My erection will usually go down in 10-15 minutes of wearing the diaper. It's not really a big deal to me. Of course, when I use it, it goes right back up. =P

I think the best technique is just waiting and try not to think about the diaper. Also, try to visualize the blood leaving the penis. It can't be erect forever, can it?

I think the best thing to do is to just wait until it goes down, then put on the diaper really quickly, and make sure you're pointing down. That works for me.

But you could only do that twice, and then changing yourself would be a lot more of a challenge. ...You'd have to learn how to undo the tapes with your toes, or your teeth, both of which would require amazing flexibility. Or I guess you could try flexing.

Get robot hands! And yes you will have blood loss, but at least you won't have an erection anymore...Unless you are into that...
