Diapers and Being tied up

Hi, basically I wear diapers because i play tie up games (not Bondage) with my boyfriend. I tend to pee too often and of course it's no fun asking to be untied to go to the bathroom. So two years back, he bought me some Tena diapers to wear.

Ok... I didn't know. But I'm emphasising this is normal tie ups and nothing hardcore.

Sounds interesting, but how can tying up be not related to bondage?
