It sounds like you come from a family like mine we try to fix it ourselves first, and then if we can't we go and see a doctor.

I still very rarely go and see a doctor,,,,and I have insurance now.

I wrecked my back twice. The first time I went to the doctor & got ibuprofen & muscle relaters. The second I stayed home & took over the counter ibuprofen. As the doctor told me the first time, back pain tends to get worse over the first few days then slowly get better. There are many other bad things that can happen to your back besides a muscle issue, if your not sure or it is your first time I’d see a doctor. Barring special tests an office visit isn’t all that expensive.
I feel for ya, back pain sux.

I would go to the doc and get checked out because it could be worse not getting looked at, and you never know the doctor may prescribe you some diapers if you are not supposed to move alot.

Yes, I have been there. A dirt bike accident late last year injured my right knee. It swelled up bad. I spent the next 3 days laying in bed wearing diapers. On the fourth day, I finally went to the doctor. Just a few months ago, I finally went to a joint specialist to end the knee pain. He decided surgery was necessary. For the first few weeks after surgery, diapers made the recovery so much easier. I was able to lie down and stay off my leg for hours. Thankfully, it is now close to normal.

Sounds like a slipped disc. That is extremely to do, happened to me, wanna know how? I ashed my cigarette. Its as simple as moving the wrong way. If its a pulled muscle doc will just tell you to rest, if its a slipped disc, they will most likely give you perks or vikoden or something similar.

As for being sick and needing diapers, I had almost 2 or 3 weeks a bit ago, I was coughing so bad every time I did I peed my pants. My mother thought it was hilarious, and to be honest it was. Then I got some gastro bug, three times in a row, and had bad diarrhea, could have used a diaper then too. Threw out at least 6 pairs of underwear, lol.

have you people ever incurred any pain that diaper wearing would make it a bit more bearable?
currently recovering from a mishap for which diaper wearing was useful (leg injury and muscle bruising to buttocks and nearby pelvic area).
thankfully, i've not had an 'accident' from the smelly end......but took precautions, anyway

Diapers are definately good for that. I was in bed for 2 days straight with the flu over the winter... miserable. But atleast I didn't have to get up to go potty.
