Read some of the previous posts, gut generaly I think it takes around 45 mins. To get it up there you freeze them, lube up your hole, stick it in.

It only take me 15-20 before it wants to come out. I just place the marshmallows in a glass of water for a minute or two. They become very slippery and they just slide it.

Umm...once in a month or every 2 weeks should be enough, unless you want to seriously damage your colon and make it impossible for you to go #2 naturally.

I've never done it more than twice in a month, recently I've cut it down to "only when I'm in the mood to be really naughty" which is like once a month. Because you end up going through more than one diaper in a session (sometimes as many as three) it's a habit that can burn through your stash in a flash... I wouldn't recommend doing it more than that.
