While i do agree that the logos are fairly different, i read one point that i feel is worth repeating. apple would have no case if this was a logo for say a grocery store, but because this school focuses on technology, it is fairly easy for someone to see that logo and assume that they are affiliated with apple in some way. This is what apple is trying to avoid.
