DS or PSP?

i decided to make a questionnaire about it here.

In case you did not know the DS is Nintendo DualScreen, and the PSP is the Sony Play Station Portable both are gaming consoles.

I vote for a DS because I own one (only have one game so far and that Super Mario 64 DS) and I never really have a chance to play the PSP yet.

This thread probably would have been more relevant when the systems first came out...But I voted for DS...I have one, therefore it's better

A: If it's limited to the two mentioned, then DS, because it's better...But the question doesn't limit the consoles, so I'll say Atari 2600

A: Big libary of fun games, the games are also very hard to damage..

A: No GBC or GB carts compatibility

A:Its a jack of all trades, a master of none. The screen has glare even on the most cloudy of days outside and bad control layout which hinders any good games. Socom and MGS come to mind.

A:I can put text on it in JPEG, copy dvd's to the memory stick,
Q: Do you have both consoles?
A:Yes, I pretty much got both at launch dates.
Q: Which console do you like better?
A: DS, hands down.
Q: Which console do you recommend?
A:the DS hands down.. The PSP is very, very easy to break. Plus the games are not that great compared to the DS.


Oh also you can make a DS game storage case out of a Altoids gum tin. It holds up to 8 DS games. You can use Altoids sour tins for PSP games though I HIGHLY suggest a good carrying case for the PSP. If you put in in a unprotected pocket you may remove it and find a cracked LCD screen like I did before. Plus the PSP is so bulky it makes it odd to move/sit with it in your pants pocket.

I used to own a PSP but it got stolen, so I bought a DS and I pretty much like the games, better graphics etc. but my favorite game is Super Mario 64 DS

I voted for the DS because there's more that you can do for it. PSP is just a fancy gameboy.

Hey I have that game, Its pretty cool, almost like Super Mario 64 except it doesnt have 3D worlds but has cool 3 dimensional characters.

Actually, the PSP is pretty hackable (from what my friends who have them say). They've got all sorts of emulators on it, and I've seen videos of people doing cool things to their PSP's like that. Also, I've used them to control my PS3. The DS is pretty fun though, I like some of the games for it better, and you can still play old gameboy and gameboy advance games on it.

Only Gameboy Advanced games...Not anything before that
