mmm right, I forgot about the ol' mouse over tray bug. I guess I haven't had anything crash on me in ages. General rule: when the next Windows OS comes out, the previous version finally becomes solid as a rock.

take a gun, aim at the screen, pull the trigger and voilà! one screen shot

now seriously: there is a button on your keyboard (next to scroll lock (or somewhere in the area)), press it, go to paint (or whatever graphics editing program you have), press paste (or ctrl-v), and save the image.
