Do you mind explaining why Mac 'sux'? (This is the last time I will be getting off-topic here.) Oh! I also have gOS and some Chinese flavour of Ubuntu (I think). I have a lot of Linux distros. Including Red Hat, and yet another one I can't think of (or find). By the way, I have never used any of these distributions for more than a week. |

I use XP. I did go through Fedora, Ubuntu, Debian, and Gentoo on my laptop, but it's back to XP now. Linux is great, it just needs DirectX for me to make the switch
.------ I hate the Mac "lifestyle" or the "fad" or whatever you want to call it. These people are the most annoying people on the planet. Mactards I guess we could call them. iPeople! There we go. I don't like iPeople at all. Other than that I really don't have any reason to not like their products, other than...I just don't. Not for me I guess. Nothing to do with them, just to do with me. I prefer how Microsoft has their OS set up. I've used all three major flavors - Windows, Mac & Linux. After I got over the whole rebel thing where I thought it was cool to use such a radical thing like Linux, I started really looking at what OS I enjoyed using the most, and it ended up being Windows. I've got no problems with any of them, for the record. |

XP SP3 for me. And yes, it does seem to load faster. I'm on my desktop in about 30 seconds after I push the power button. Of course, that could be because I built the machine myself, so there's no crapware to slow it down. Still, much faster than I remember SP2 ever being.
