Default Two OS on one computer

Ok so I know that its possible to put two OS on one computer, but was wondering if it would slow down your computer at all. And would a Belkin Wireless network attane work on Linux

No, having multiple operating systems does not have any effect on performance inside the operating systems themselves.

Yes, Linux will work with that WLAN itself, it's the adapter you have to be aware for.

If you've never used Linux before, I recommend either Ubuntu, OpenSUSE, or Fedora. Those are my personal favorites.

ive used ubuntu and i think its great the only reason i keep windows is for games
