Default Firefox Being Strange

Before anything, a side-by-side comparison to Intranet Explorer and Fearfox!

It's connecting with IE but not FF. Any ideas as to why it's doing this? It does this all the time, so this would be helpful for me in the future.

Thanks in advance!

I had the same problem once...So I restarted my computer, and when that didn't work I uninstall ed FF and reinstalled it.

Try this in the cmd prompt: 'ping google.com'

That's why I suggested just reinstalling it.

But is that the only fix? Sounds inconvenient, especially seeing how many times it happens.

EDIT: I ping-ponged it:

PING: transmit failed, error code 65
PING: transmit failed, error code 65
PING: transmit failed, error code 65
PING: transmit failed, error code 65

Packets: sent = 4, recieved = 0, lost = 4 (100% loss),

Seems like your behind something then.

Try this

Go into FF and type in the address bar: 'about:config'

then look for network.dns.disableIPv6 on the list that pops up

then right click it and toggle it

then restart FF

Okay. Go me. It was my firewall. I just allowed Firefox to work. Yay Google, and thanks Fallen.
